Anxiety Therapy
I help modern women like you by using an integrative approach to overcome your anxiety… So you can still live the life you love, aka getting those drinks with friends without asking them three times what they’re wearing.
Through talk therapy, we’ll work together to find ways your anxiety is serving you, and also ways it is not. We’ll use techniques like mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (parts work) in order to truly make change in your life.

Sessions with me are spacious and down-to-earth, allowing the full spectrum of the human experience. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, and can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly via a virtual HIPPA compliant platform.
