Life as a woman in our modern world can be overwhelming - juggling roles, relationships, and societal expectations while trying to stay true to yourself. Maybe you’re feeling drained, anxious, or stuck in old patterns. Or maybe you’ve tried traditional talk therapy before and nothing really stuck.
Holistic therapy looks at you as a whole person; we use a mind-body approach to tailor your individualized plan to fit your needs. Using mindfulness practices, breath, meditation, and movement to promote healing and growth for your goals. We’ll explore things that have been helpful in the past, look for any areas of growth, and connect with outside providers as needed to support you; mind, body and spirit. This approach blends empathy, warmth, and practical tools to support your own unique journey.

Sessions with me are spacious and down-to-earth, allowing the full spectrum of the human experience. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, and can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly via a virtual HIPPA compliant platform.
